The Board of Health will hold a Public Hearing to review and hear comments relative to a proposed Board of Health Regulation entitled “Restricting the Sale of Tobacco Products”. Proposed policies in the draft regulation include, but are not limited to, the following: restricting the sale of flavored tobacco products, including mint, menthol and wintergreen, to adult only retail tobacco stores.
